Happy Halloween!!! Eek, the monster is here. JJ wanted to be Thomas, but decided that it just wasn't scary, so he picked out this "Spooky Bones" costume. Ty-don't be a chicken! She had fun doing the Chicken Dance, and now JJ wishes he was a chicken and sings the song everywhere... and now he learned to whistle the toon.... Oh good, it will permanantly be imprinted on my brain! I think I've heard it 300 times this morning alone! The kids got invited to a "kids" Halloween Party at the neighbors. It was so exciting to get the kids ready and they were jumping beans ready for the party! They had a great time! Thanks to Liv and Ed Anderson, party throwers fantastico!

Jaxon got a webkinz from Brittanie and Nathan for his birthday. When he opened it, he immediately kissed and kissed it. He announced proudly that her name would be "Brittanie". We all thought that was so cute. However, it is somewhat confusing because he keeps coming up to me and asking, "Mom, where's Brittanie?" It catches me every time! I explain that she lives in Boise...
"No, not that Brittanie." Gee Mom, can't you get it straight? Anyway, he keeps her close most of the time. Thanks NatO and Britt Britt... Awesome Present!

Mine is the Biggest... Right Dad?

After an unusually early snow, Fall Break was gorgeous. Quinn decided to take a day off and take us all fishing! (Mommy was promised that she didn't have to fish, but that she could have lots of time to read.) All Aboard! It was fantastic... still a little chilly, but beautiful and peaceful. There were very few people there. Perfect solitude. Plus, no one to get annoyed when all the fish scatter because a shrill little yell bounces off the canyon walls... "I think I've got one DAD!!!!" Jaxon was the king of the trip getting lots of bites and catching 3 fish (plus, most important to a 6 year old... THE BIGGEST ONE.) Ty caught one and Quinn caught one. We roasted them on the grill and the boys loved them... The girls opted out this time. But memories were made! Forever.
Jaxon truly is Daddy's Little Fishing Buddy!

Baby It's Cold Outside!

This is the first snow of the season... OCTOBER 11th! Jaxon started working on a snowman. This is the "baby" one, but we didn't get photos of the big one. It was so cute... "Mom, I need a nose... and eyes." He was soaking wet when he finished. Quinn and I watched him through the window, just out there talking to his "Little Guy". He sure loves to be outside. Unfortunately the rest of us like to be warm and dry. He did convince Tyler to play the next day, when we had a whopping 4 inches of fluff on all of our Stuff. Who knew it would snow like this in October?!?
